Building a house medium solution kit without wholesaler pressure

I want a solid house medium without being pushed into whatever the wholesaler is pushing that month. What’s actually in your kit day-to-day — SX, CA, St Tropez, MineTan, Suntana, etc. — and why did you keep those?

Independently: most busy UK kits I see settle on one reliable mid-range for everyday work and one premium/event option. Suntana shows up a lot as a dependable house liquid; St Tropez and MineTan still have huge client recognition; SX/CA have their fans for specific shades.

I’d ignore monthly wholesaler pushes until you’ve trialled on your own skin and three regulars. Track fade, clogging and complaints for a fortnight each.

Keep the cupboard small: two DHA strengths of your house brand plus one hero shade beats six half-used bottles. Buy what you can reorder consistently, not what’s on flash deal.
